TITLE 10: SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Rule 10.1
The Association shall not be obliged to provide support for the use or installation of any software.
Rule 10.2
The Association may provide interested Members, Partners and Users with details of organisations that are willing to provide software support services, provided that the Association is satisfied that such services are of sufficient quality to be endorsed by the Association. Such endorsement shall be subject to vote of the Steering Committee.
